About Sam's Acting
Sam got his first taste of acting in Las Vegas where he played lead detective “Gustavo Sorano” in the series “For A Fee” Directed by Ogeno. Season 1 and 2 can both be found on Amazon.
Although Sam had done a variety of music videos, film projects and on camera hosting leading up to this point, this was the first time he got his hands on a written script and was able to live out a character written by someone else.
After filming his first scene and delivering a monologue, he was hooked.
This led Sam to join the Actor’s Dynamic acting class at The Indie Film Factory where he studied with Daryl Morris for 5 months. After participating in a scene showcase, it was off to LA.
When Sam moved to Los Angeles in February 2018, he immediately joined Playhouse West acting school which teaches the Meisner Technique.
During his time at Playhouse West, Sam immersed himself in it’s acting community and made it through the Advanced Program.
He participated in scene showcases, a one act play, multiple 120 hour film competitions, one of which he won as a director and made short films with his classmates outside of the school. Sam attended Playhouse West up until March 2020 when the Covid-19 shut downs began.
Sam’s most acting work has been with the Films Dog City Chapter 1 and 2, which are feature films written and directed by KC Christon.
With the world opened back up and after experiencing a severe leg injury in November 2020, Sam is excited to get back into the world of acting while pursuing and creating new opportunities.
